This beautiful pendant is based on my favorite flower, the Dogwood. There is a legend in the United States that wood from the dogwood tree was used to make the cross on which Jesus hung, hence the tree was cursed to never grow tall or straight again. The white flowers bloom around Easter time and appear in the shape of a cross with the center resembling a crown of thorns. While this is just a legend it reminds me of the work of my Savior, Jesus Christ. Furthermore the dogwood is also the state flower of my home state of North Carolina. I would love to make one for you.
 
I make each pendant by hand from raw materials, so, like the flower, no two are exactly the same. The material is sterling silver. I am offering the option to choose whatever birthstone* you want to be set in the center. You can also add a small 1.3mm sterling silver chain in 16, 18, or 20 inch for $5.
