Order processing Times

Our goal is to ship your order within 5-7 business days from when you place the order, however we cannot guarantee this timeframe in all cases for the following reasons. All of our items are made to order, while we try to keep adequate stock to begin fabrication right away sometimes it may be necessary to order materials to complete the order. Shipping delays may increase lead time. Once materials are on hand then fabrication may begin. Orders are completed in the order received. Some items take a few minutes to create while others take several hours. If there is a significant delay in processing time, we will do our best to communicate that to you. If for any reason you think your order is unreasonably delayed or you want

Shipping rates and times

All items are shipped via USPS for both domestic and international orders. Yes we can ship almost anywhere! All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping via First-Class mail service. Optionally you may purchase Priority or Express for faster shipping. All shipping rates are determined by USPS calculations. Shipping time frames are an estimate to help you select the best choice for your timeline but are not guaranteed.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.

Once your return is received we will review your items and followup within two business days with a refund or for more details on how to make things right. Any items lost or damaged upon arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Ring Re-Sizing

Ring sizing is tricky, that being said we don't always get it right. If your ring does not fit just right we can resize it for you at no cost except return shipping. See instructions above for how to initiate a return and specify "ring resizing" in your email, also please include the current ring size and the size adjustment required. If you cannot determine the needed size please contact us for help. Most rings can be reasonably adjusted within about two sizes but this may not always be possible. In the case a ring cannot be adjusted we can offer to exchange the item for another of the desired size and either refund or charge the difference in cost.

FAQ

  • Is it legal to make jewelry from US coins?

    • Yes it is perfectly legal to make jewelry (and other items) from US coins, and to sell or buy them. Have you ever seen those penny squashing machines at tourist spots like Disney World? There is a statute in Federal Code 18 USC 331 that says "Whoever fraudulently alters, defaces, mutilates, impairs, diminishes, falsifies, scales, or lightens any of the coins coined at the mints of the United States...Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both."  The key word here is "fraudelently." Fraud is a willful act to deceive or cheat someone for personal gain. Coin jewelry is not intended to deceive, rather it is exactly what it looks like, a coin turned into wearable art. An example of a violation of this law would be for someone to cut little bits of metal from a Silver Eagle (a fine silver coin issued by the US Mint) and then sell the coin as if it still weighed the full amount. This is fraudulently "lightening" a coin.

  • Will copper cure my arthritis?

    • Although many scientific studies have been done on the medical benefits of copper, they are, as far as we can tell, inconclusive. For this reason we neither recommend nor deny medical benefit and make no guarantees.

  • Will copper turn me green?

    • Maybe, depending on your skin type you may react somewhat to copper (most people do) leaving a greenish tint over the area worn. It may be more or less noticeable depending on skin tone. To temporarily prevent this oxidation you can coat the copper with a clear enamel like nail polish but it will wear off over time.
